7-Hour USPAP Update CourseCommencing 1/1/05, under the AQB criteria, Appraisers may not take the qualifying 15-hour National USPAP Course (or its AQB approved equivalent) for renewal. Appraisers must take the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course (or its AQB approved equivalent) for renewal. Appraisers must successfully complete the 7-hour National USPAP Update Course (or its AQB approved equivalent), at a minimum of every two years. Note that the board rules were amended 5/3/05 adopting the AQB criteria and providing for the enforcement of this requirement as of 5/3/05.
